Two thumbs up

On November 9th we had our public hearing. It was quite boring actually. After sitting there for an hour and half listening to other plats/replats, they finally got to ours. There were no protests or objections. Twenty seconds later we had our approval. It is now estimated to be 100% completed by Dec. 4th. Since then we have cleared for the driveway and began fabricating the exterior doors and brackets for the cantilevered stairs. We also got a quote back for clearing for the house. It was much more than we expected. We are pretty sure we are now going to be doing the clearing ourselves.
